With €47 million raised in funding from GFC, WhiteStar Capital, and Elaia, Seyna has ambitious global plans to revolutionize the insurance industry by modernizing the design, distribution, and management of insurance programs, all with the ultimate goal of enhancing customer protection.

Job Description

Your Future Team:

Join Seyna's Product Team, where you'll collaborate with our Senior Product Manager, Ying, and a new Senior Product Designer who'll join in November. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our talented Engineering Team, especially our Engineering Managers (Kseniia & Nicolas) to bring product visions to life, as well as with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of both customers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

As the 2nd Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. With that in mind, you will:

Discovery:

  • Engage with stakeholders and conduct market research to identify customer pain points and stay ahead of industry trends.

Building:

  • Design innovative solutions and create detailed product specifications.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and timely, high-quality product delivery.

Tracking & Iteration:

  • Measure product success with data-driven insights, continuously identifying areas for improvement.

  • Lead iterative cycles to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

Communication:

  • Act as the product advocate, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap across all teams.

  • Equip Marketing and Sales teams with the knowledge and tools to promote and sell the product effectively.

  • You know how to dig deep with user research, turning insights into innovative solutions that solve real & complex problems.

  • You’re a natural communicator, easily aligning everyone from engineers to executives.

  • You take initiatives, always spotting opportunities and tackling challenges head-on.

  • You excel at prioritizing, balancing immediate tasks with long-term strategic goals.

  • You lead with data, using metrics to drive smarter decisions and continuous product improvements.

  • You're fluent both in French & English
